I'm seeing an error message
- There is a problem connecting to Atmosphere" message indicates that your device lost its internet connection.
We will need to remotely unlock the device for you to reconnect to your WiFi network.
- For us to be able to communicate with your device, you will need to hardwire it directly
into your router with an ethernet cable. - Your device does not need to be connected to your television, but it does need to be powered on and connected to your router with an ethernet cable.
- Once this is done, call or email us. We will unlock the device, and advise you on how to get reconnected to your network!
