**PLEASE NOTE: Upon termination or cancellation of your service, you must promptly return (within 30 days) all Provided Device(s). You will be responsible for all the shipping costs associated with the return. The returns are to be sent to PO Box 276, HELENSVALE, QLD 4212, AUSTRALIA. All Provided Devices (including cables & remote control) must be returned in proper working order. Please note we cannot fully close your account until the device is returned to us.**
