Changing the order of promotions

Once you have created all the promotions that you want, you will see them in order of the way you created them. You can create as many promotions as you’d like.

This order determines how they are shown on the TV — You will see the first promotion at the top first and then going down in order from there.

  • 1st Promotion
  • Commercial
  • Atmosphere Content
  • 2nd Promotion
  • Commercial
  • Atmosphere Content
  • 3rd Promotion
  • Commercial
  • Atmosphere Content

You can drag each promotion to the order that you’d like them to be seen, simply hover over the group of 6 dots to the left of the promotion tile and then click and drag to change the order


All promotions that are marked ACTIVE will be displayed on your TV.


If you do not want them to be seen, simply change them to INACTIVE or ARCHIVE them.
        

By clicking inside a particular promotion, you may edit scheduling details if needed. Promotions run approx every 3 – 4 minutes.
